Lorenzo got pole position at US MotoGP 2012

Jorge Lorenzo grabbed pole position after recording the fastest time in US MotoGP qualifying session. Lorenzo recorded the best time of 1:20.554 seconds.

The results of qualifications stop Honda domination. Meanwhile, defending champion Casey Stoner was only able to record 1:20.628 seconds and will start the race from second position.

The third position is again achieved by Honda rider, Dani Pedrosa. The Spaniard recorded a best time of 1:20.906 seconds.

Ben Spies recorded the fourth best, followed by two Yamaha Tech3 riders Cal Cruthclow and Andrea Dovizioso.
