    Pedrosa wins at Motegi, gap point cut to 28


    Dani Pedrosa back to beat his rival Jorge Lorenzo in MotoGP Japan that ended some time ago.

    Pedrosa, who started from the second position continues to stick Lorenzo, who led the race from the start. Until finally in laps 11/24 Pedrosa passed Lorenzo on a straight track.

    Instead of re-taking race led, Lorenzo continued to lag behind Pedrosa. It is not known whether this is just a strategy or indeed Pedrosa too fast.

    Pedrosa finally locked up the fifth victory this season by finishing forefront leaving Lorenzo more than 4 seconds. Lorenzo finished second and looks quite satisfied.

    The third position is quite fierce contested by two riders Cal Crutchlow, and Alvaro Bautista. The last name finally grabbed the third podium after Cal motors have problems or running out of fuel.

    With this victory, Pedrosa returned diluting distance from Lorenzo. Now they closed to within 28 points and Lorenzo still leads the standings.
